Before founding Cynthia Spray Design full-time in 2011, we built a foundation in AHCA-regulated healthcare design with Nashville-based Gresham Smith and Partners and MGE Architects in Coral Gables, contributing to more than a dozen South Florida hospitals — from interventional radiology suites and operating rooms to nurses' stations and patient bed towers. That depth of clinical and regulatory expertise carries through in our medical office projects today.
