"Aberdeen Arms is a high-rise condominium, located along the Intercoastal Waterway in Highland Beach, Florida. In the recent past, the ownership under the direction of the Board of Directors embarked on a mission to upgrade the design and decor of the building’s lobby floor along with the remodel of each of the resident level floors.
The Board’s design committee had the pleasure of working with design professional, Cynthia Spray, to create an atmosphere suited to the tastes and needs of the ownership, and in keeping with the architectural style of the building. Ms. Spray worked closely with the committee all through the process and offered multiple designs for flooring, lighting, decor, wallpaper, and all furniture. Working with any group of people having individual taste in suggestions can be a difficult task. Ms. Spray did an excellent job of coordinating meetings and maintaining the lead position while providing her expertise with vendors and design coordination.
