Welcome to my portfolio, where you can explore the craftsmanship and dedication that have shaped my design business since 2011. Growing up in both Europe and America has greatly influenced my design aesthetic, infusing cultural elements into my work. Our primary focus now is on designing medical treatment centers, townhouses, clubhouses, and a variety of mixed-use and single-family projects. In 2022, I was honored to receive an American Institute of Architects (AIA) Design Award, and in 2025, I was awarded the AIA Gold Medal in Palm Beach County, the highest honor given to an architect in our chapter. In 2024, we proudly launched Cynthia Spray Construction Inc., expanding design-build project delivery and exciting real estate development endeavors in Florida.
